Our Story

Fiana Andrews started Embrace Well to bridge the gap between mental health services and underserved communities. With a deep passion for helping others and years of expertise, she created a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to take control of their mental health.

Embrace Well Psychological Services is dedicated to providing culturally competent care to individuals from all walks of life, particularly those in BIPOC communities. Founded by Fiana Andrews, a school and clinical psychologist, Embrace Well focuses on helping clients embrace both mental and emotional well-being through evidence-based approaches.

FIANA P. ANDREWS

Specializing in Psychoeducational and Psychological Assessments

I specialize in comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for individuals with learning challenges like ADHD, dyslexia, and cognitive processing disorders, as well as those who may be gifted. I also offer psychological assessments to help clients understand and manage emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Through these evaluations, I provide a clear understanding of each client’s strengths and challenges, helping to guide personalized treatment plan.

Culturally Competent Care for BIPOC Communities

As a Black psychologist, I am passionate about offering a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen and understood. My practice is focused on addressing the mental health needs of the BIPOC community, recognizing the cultural factors that may influence mental health, such as systemic racism and generational trauma. At Embrace Well, I integrate evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deep understanding of cultural context to provide truly holistic care.
